Refund Policy


If you receive a faulty product or an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately on info@greenbasenz.com so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If a product is classified as food, such as milk powder, honey, protein powder and healthy goods, non-return and non- refund polices will apply, once the original product packaging be opened or removed.

Once the payment is cleared and your order is submitted your order cannot be cancelled or refunded just because simply you change your mind after the purchase.

If the product is found to be faulty, we may replace the faulty goods. If the product cannot be exchanged for a same or similar item, if we decide the item should be returned to us, we will advise the arrangements for this.

Please ensure that you read carefully the packaging label including name and expiry date of goods before you open the packaging. Please ensure that you have foreseen all possible options before returning the item to us.

If the items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred.

Please be aware refunds will be processed via the method of payment, there may be some delay before funds appear in your account due to bank clearance.
